Ingredients:

150 gr flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

250 ml full fat milk

20 gr butter

Instructions:

Mix The milk, egg and salt.

Sif the flour into the mixture.

Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.

Add butter to a pan.

Add part of the mixture to the pan.

Bake for 2 minutes.

Flip the pancake.

Bake for another minute.

Serve.

Time

Total : 25 minutes

Prep : 5 minutes

Cook : 5 minutes

Resting time : 15 minutes
